FAQ or what is Enroll?

Enroll is a purchased bank card (credit/debit) with access to personal account, balance viewing, as well as functionality assigned to certain banks: NFC, allerts, transaction viewing, catching minimum deposits, transfer balance, change of address/phone number and much more. Functionality depends on the platform and the bank itself. 

 

All cards on the channel are NON or AUTO VBV, meaning they don't ask for sms on purchase. But VBV can come out if you score frod bank points by using an IP with bad reputation, poor quality useragent.

What will I get after the purchase?

Sometimes the cardholder's SSN+DOB is included in the package, you can check this information with the support team

Payment methods

After paying BTC we wait for 1 network confirmation, then the support will issue a card

What to do after purchase? 

 After the purchase you need to go to Enroll and make sure it works and your balance is correct. You have 15 minutes after the card is handed over to you, if there is something wrong with the card - send a screenshot. After the expiration of the warranty time - claims are not accepted.

How long does the card live on average? 

 There are several options here. Let's describe the main ones.

- Abnormal activity for this card, namely the amount or type of goods.

- Verification by the bank of the last transaction (temporary block, before communication with the cardholder or communication with the cardholder to confirm the transaction).

- Fraud Alert from the merchant where the card was inserted, subsequently leading to the second point.

How to remove region lock? 

 There are only two ways to withdraw region lock. The first is the easiest one, which is online. For this you need to purchase a card with Travel Notification feature. The second option is more complicated and is to withdraw the region loc by calling. This will require additional information such as SSN (if it was not included in the kit), BG, MMN.
